Leading nutritionist Rujuta Divekar has a brilliant client list of some of the biggest names in the business. Diwekar has a large following across the country and has published books on healthy eating, weight management, etc. Recently he shared some nutritional tips for dealing with menstrual cramps or menstrual cramps.

2. Include nuts (grown and cooked) in your diet during the day
3. Eat root vegetables such as suran, sweet potato, etc. at least twice a week
4. Wake up with regular exercise. At least 150 minutes a week.
